music keeps moving on

so a while since I've posted about something pretty non-specific, and a whole load of things have happened in the last few weeks that you should know about...

.Weezer have released reissues of the Blue Album and Pinkerton, packed with bonus material and much goodies. There are rumours that they are going to bring their current tour, which involves them just playing these albums from start to finish, to the UK. Geek rock makes me smile. Hit up spotify and check the albums out, 'Tragic Girl' on the bonus disk of the Pinkerton reissue is particularly good.

.Heights and Collapse the Control, two bands to check out. Saw them a few weeks back at Barfly, very very good gig. CtC are a 'local' band from were I'm from who are starting to make some waves, Heights are a tad more established and have some sweet sweet t shirts as well as luscious supply of hardcore goodness. You will notice I used my 'IT Skills' to make their band names into link...go hit up their myspace.


.Blink-182 and making a new album and touring. I hate myself for being poor and not being able to afford tickets.

.A Day To Remember released a b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l new album.
