Pop covers continued...featureing Collapse the Control

So a few weeks back I posted a video of the Four Year Strong 'Love Song' cover as a way of proclaiming my love of the art of covering cheesy pop songs...and here's another!



Collapse the Control, who I've mentioned before you'll find, have just released this little gem as a free download, so there really is no reason not to go grab a copy. It's a lovely little cover, obviously still the original song but with a healthy few bucketloads of experimentation and twisting the music so that it isn't just a boring carbon copy.

And while we're on the subject of covers...




Unrelated, but possibly the greatest cover song ever? I'd happily take suggestions but I don't think you can top that..

Some of you might have noticed that I've been posting quite a bit about 'heavy' music recently, if you're scared by feedback and screaming this has probabaly made you sad. Rest assured I've been saving a whole load of indie delights for you nice people...
