Warhound: Master Killa Or Master Trolls?

Earlier this week noted hardcore or "hardstyle" youngbloods Warhound released the video for their new single entitled "next level demonstration" in which they roll around doing goofy hood shit in some vaguely rough neighborhood and just generally act as if they were in a cross between the videos for "lapdance" "ghost ride da whip" and "masterkilla".

However this frankly quite entertaining video (which I sincerely hope was vaguely tongue in cheek) caused an almost nuclear holocaust level of meltdown online as people from both the UK and USA collectively took their tables and flipped them over in disgust and then stormed online to discuss the video. Now I for one see nothing wrong with a band that I like (bias alert) having a sort of almost self-aware humor video which earmarks their crossover into "the big time" but a lot of people didn't see it that way and were quick to point how ridiculous and stupid the video was and how awful the song was (I have to agree) and how the backup vocalist/hypeman looks like craig david (again i'll have to agree) but overall these are minor points compared to the main issue of why on earth do the two girls make out at one point? i'm not going to get into a sexuality/explotation debate, it just seemed a bit weird to have it suddenly cut to that and sort of descends the video into an almost deez nuts quality which is quite sad because i've thought tooth and nail to prove to my friends that the two bands are nothing alike. All the faux lesbian, gangster posturing and random black child aside (why? i don't understand) aside I see is a bunch of young guys enjoying their success and making a video that sort of (very sort of) illustrates their point.

goofy? yes
offensive? perhaps
warranting a massive backlash? no
